Intellectual property (IP) has recently been the most growing field of law. IP assets are the most commercial valuable assets in the client’s business success and survival. In this sense, we recognize the need to protect our client’s assets and the rights attached to it.

Recognizing the need and commercial value of IP assets in Iran, the Islamic Republic of Iran became a member of WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) in 2002. Iran has also adopted the Patent arise Convention for protection of industrial property; became a member of the Madrid Protocol and Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) for global registration of trademarks and patents. Therefore, protection of industrial property including trademarks, patent and industrial design in Iran is nearly the same as all around the world.
